Demonstrated expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and business development within diverse industries across multiple States. Proven track record of fostering growth and building strong client relationships.
Lynn is a visionary leader in construction with a passion for empowering women in entrepreneurship & rebuilding communities while serving disasters survivors with equality for all.
michael was overseeing multiple federal fundING STREAMS when hurricane matthew made landfall in north carolina:

MEET THE president and co-founder:
soon after hurricane matthew, hurricane florance made landfall, compounding the needs and recovery of the state and survivors.
As the State Emergency Management Deputy Chief of Resilience and Recovery, Michael worked with over 3,000 applicants. He then went on to directly support Disaster Recovery efforts in New York (Super Storm Sandy) and California (Wildfires) while indirectly supporting numerous others across the county.
Reflecting on his experiences and motivation for kickstarting Empowered Recovery Solutions, Michael shared, “What is evident and not often internalized, is that State success in recovery, mitigation, response and resilience is interdependent with individual survivor wellbeing.”
